On Campaign

The Perth Volunteer Rifles never saw action as a unit but it was made up primarily of ex-servicemen from the British Armed Forces. It is not inconceivable that individuals may have seen service in the Crimea, Maori Wars, Indian Mutiny, Afghanistan and perhaps for older members it is nor impossible that they could have seen service with Wellington at Waterloo. Below is a series of photo's of the new Regiment doing public displays or just plain enjoying ourselves. The photo's also include events we did with our good friends in the 42nd Highlanders (Black Watch).
